Definitions and key terms

Country: where Heavenly Lavender or the owners/founders of Vipuri are based, in this case is Portugal.
Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the Vipuri Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
Consumer: refers to a Customer who is using the Service wholly or mainly for their personal use.
Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit Vipuri and use the services.
Service: refers to the service provided by Vipuri as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

You: a person or entity that is registered with Vipuri to use the Services.
Consumer Right Right of Withdrawal
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of the initial transaction without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing via support@vipuri.ai before the withdrawal period expires. If the service has already been provided in full or has commenced with your explicit consent before the withdrawal period ends, you may lose this right.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
Technical Failures: If the service is unavailable due to technical issues caused by us and we cannot resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly, we will refund the overpaid amount.
Non-Delivery of Service: If you have paid for a service but have not received access within a reasonable timeframe and we fail to resolve the issue.
Cancellation Before Renewal: If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of the paid period, but no further charges will apply.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
If you change your mind after the 14-day withdrawal period.
If you do not use the service after purchasing it.
If your account was suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service.
If the subscription has auto-renewed and was not cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Limitation on Future Refunds
Once a refund has been issued for a purchase, the customer agrees that no further refunds will be granted for that particular subscription or service. This applies even if the customer chooses to repurchase the service at a later date. Customers who have previously received a refund are not eligible for future refunds for any subsequent payments or renewals, unless the circumstances warrant a refund under our Refund Policy.
