Refund Policy Overview

Vipuri uses Paddle as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Refunds are therefore handled in accordance with Paddle’s consumer refund policy.

Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase a subscription or digital service, you have the right to withdraw from the transaction within 14 days from the date of purchase, without providing any reason.

If you request a refund within this 14-day period, the payment will be refunded using the same payment method used at checkout.

If you choose to begin accessing or using the service before the 14-day period ends, you acknowledge that this may affect your right of withdrawal in accordance with Paddle’s terms for digital content.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds requested within the 14-day cancellation period will be processed in line with Paddle’s policies.

Exceptions

Your right to cancel your order does not apply to the supply of Digital Content that you have started to generate, download, stream or otherwise acquire and to Products which you have had the benefit of.

WHERE A PRODUCT IS DIGITAL CONTENT WHICH IS IMMEDIATELY MADE AVAILABLE, BY DOWNLOADING OR OTHERWISE ACQUIRING THE PRODUCT, YOU CONSENT TO IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THIS AGREEMENT ONCE THE DOWNLOAD OR APPLICABLE TRANSMISSION OF THE DIGITAL CONTENT HAS BEGUN.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancel a purchase within the 14-day period, please contact our support team at support@vipuri.ai.

Please include the email address used during checkout and your order number to ensure an efficient review.

Refunds are issued by Paddle and will be processed to the original payment method.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.

If a renewal has already been processed, you may still request a refund within 14 days of the renewal date, in accordance with Paddle’s refund terms.

There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.

Chargebacks

If you feel a charge was made in error, please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback.

Paddle handles all disputes as the Merchant of Record.
